Dune Ives holds her Ph.D. in Psychology and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) important NACD.DC designation.

Ms. Ives brings to corporate and non-profit Boards expertise in governance, corporate responsibility, and sustainability in addition to more than three decades of experience leading domestic and international impact marketing and policy change initiatives.

Ms. Ives currently serves on both the NASDAQ Center for Board Excellence and the NACD Board Leadership Exchange Risk Committee, and has served since 2021 as Independent Director for Ball Corporation (NYSE: BALL) and as a member of both the NomGov and Finance Committees.
